Consultation and Design

We meet with you to discuss your objectives as an organisation, offering expert advice and guidance of cost effective ways to provide added value and support to you and your employees. We then go about designing the right employee benefits solution for you, providing a clear, transparent proposal.

Implementation

Once we have agreed on your new benefits package, our streamlined processes will seamlessly put everything in place for you and then importantly, we will meet your employees to present the benefits by way of seminars and website support.

Ongoing Administration

It is estimated that Human Resources or Finance Departments can often take up to 2 days a week administrating a benefits package. Once we implement your benefits, we don’t just leave you to administrate them. Our bespoke software ensures we take on the whole of your benefits administration from start to finish, leaving you more time to help your company go from strength to strength.

Communication and Financial Education

A recent HR study by the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (published 21st may 2012) stated 8 out of 10 companies who implement a benefits package do not communicate these correctly. We recognise the importance of communicating a benefits package in a clear, transparent way so your employees fully understand what you are providing them. Additionally, We specialise in Financial Education. It is a truly unique aspect of our service. We make our seminars interactive and fun. We believe if we can educate and empower employees to develop financial practices and behaviours relating to their personal finances then these are important lessons that can take them through the rest of their lives.
